Touch Drawing is a simple yet profound way of drawing with your fingertips. It is used by people of all ages in a vast range of settings. Touch Drawing is a creative catalyst, healing art form and transformational tool. I encourage you to explore how you can integrate it into your life and work. Find out more about Touch Drawing and the resources of this site here. Read below to be in touch with the most current news. What's Coming up: After some busy months, I have a few winter weeks to focus on projects at home. I am developing 'apps' for SoulCards and working on musical recordings. I am also exploring ways to support Touch Drawing Facilitators through webinars. In 2012, I will be giving workshops on Vancouver Island, in San Francisco, Seattle, Massachusetts, New York, Japan and Hong Kong. Besides a public weekend workshop in Tokyo, I will spend a week in Sendai, an area affected by the tsunami, giving workshops through Japan Creative Arts Therapies. And the 2012 Touch Drawing Gathering is set for July 8-13. Find out about these events. You can also hear a fun and dynamic interview I just had with the iconic herbalist Susun Weed here.

Recent Happenings: This past summer I offered two five-day intensives in the Pacific Northwest. The 15th Annual Touch Drawing Gathering on Whidbey Island was sublime. Words always fail me around this event. It seems to become more resonant each year. See photos from last year's Gathering. I was also deeply honored to collaborate with David Spangler on a workshop entitled The Dynamics of Emergence; Incarnation, Creativity and the Subtle Worlds. It was held at Indralaya on Orcas Island. I have been studying with David for many years, and it was so natural and effortless to combine forces. His cosmological talks were enlivened by my creative practices. I also attended the Fairy and Human Relations Congress in a beautiful valley in eastern Washington. See the drawings I created during that event here.

Reflections: I sense a growing deepening in each Touch Drawing workshop. I actually hesitate to call them 'workshops' any longer. There is such a glow in the room during even a one-day experience. I am also becoming more comfortable weaving in group vocalizing and movement. This helps people to engage more deeply with Touch Drawing. I am beginning to refer to the overall process as 'Sacred Expressive Arts'. The strength of the 'field' seems to keep developing.

What is New on the Site:
